Pro Guard Property Management was created in 1997 serving the Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, and Thornbury areas. Brian purchased Pro Guard Property Management in the fall of 2016. He has worked in the Property Management industry since 2006 and has been working with Pro Guard Property Management since 2008. He and his family love the area attractions which bring people to condo living in the Georgian Triangle; hiking, skiing, swimming to name a few.


Brian provides full service Property Management services to all his condominium units and ensures homes in the care of Pro Guard receive the utmost in service and professionalism that he and the Pro Guard team can provide. Brian looks forward to continuing to grow Pro Guard and ensuring Pro Guard’s homeowners receive the best in Condominium Management services.



Gillian has over 7 years experience in the field. She has completed the required courses and has completed her R.C.M. designation required under ACMO.  Gillian has proven to be an excellent addition to the Pro Guard management team and thrives on building relationships with her directors and homeowners.


Gillian was born and raised in Thornbury, she has extensive relationships with many local contractors whom she works closely to maintain the Condominium properties in pristine condition.



Shelby is currently training and completed courses necessary to obtain the R.C.M. designation. Work history includes a role as a Staff Development Coordinator specializing in dementia care training, providing annual training to colleagues as per the specifications set out by the ministry of health and long term care as well as the Ministry of Labour. In the past, she has organized outside resources to attend facilities to provide training in various fields such as phlebotomy, fire safety/first responders training, First Aid and CPR, Work Place Violence and harassment, etc.


Shelby has complete knowledge of completing audits, Inspection Protocols, investigation and problem-solving solutions for issues in the work place, and has worked with a number of Board of Directors in the past. Shelby’s knowledge and skill set has proven an asset to the Pro Guard team.



Mike has been in the property management industry for over 20 years and was the original owner up until the transfer of ownership in the Fall of 2016 to Brian. During this time, Collingwood has become his second home.His career has been diverse, which has developed his skill of flexibility. His management style is simple; be firm, be fair and maintain a high standard.


Mike developed strong people skills through HR management, which has become an added strength to developing successful property management. Mike continues to provide consulting services to Brian and the team at Pro Guard Property Management. The knowledge that Mike brings to the team has allowed Pro Guard to grow and thrive in the area.



Jen has come to Pro Guard with a wealth of accounting knowledge. Jen provides accounting and bookkeeping knowledge and experience with financial management and reporting on all properties managed by Pro Guard.


Jen works closely with the Property Managers, Directors, Banking and Investment Representatives, and Auditors to ensure accurately reporting on all accounts on a timely manner. Jen’s expertise in accounting has proven invaluable to the Pro Guard team.



Robyn has worked in property management for over twenty years. She is the first point of contact for homeowners of Pro Guard Property Management. Robyn co-ordinates with the various boards of directors regarding set up for Annual General Meetings, special meetings, directors’ meetings and provides valuable support to the property management team with regular projects along with any special projects as required.



Ivana has 10 years experience as a project coordinator for the repair and upkeep of the properties managed by Pro Guard with direct contact and coordination of all trades related to the exterior and interior of residential and commercial condominium units. Ivana has strong interpersonal relationships with homeowners and contractors allowing her to create superior working relationships with those that she works with.
