Our staff at Pro Guard Property Management are reviewing and monitoring the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic regularly. Property management is deemed an essential service and we would like to remind everyone that we will continue to provide services to the Condominiums that we manage. This will include the collection of Common Element fees, preparation and issuance of cheques, financial reporting, working with contractors on any repairs/maintenance along with emergency response services.
As we continue to maintain social distancing requirements, there will be some changes made to our office hours and staffing in the office. The office hours will be reduced to Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm with reduced staff in the office. Some Managers will be working from home and will remain available for emergency response services. As there will be a reduction in staffing at the office, there may be a delay in service response times for non-emergency related items.
Please continue to contact us by phone or email for regular maintenance requirements and operational questions or concerns you may have. As noted, we will continue to provide services for emergencies that may arise. Should there be any further changes to our services as a result of the pandemic we will provide updates as required.
